Do you like anime? There’s a huge sale on Steam right now where you can get up to 90% off selected anime titles. If you don’t care about anime, don’t worry, you can check out these two free games on Steam (for this weekend only, sadly).
The first game is Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex – First Assault Online (what a mouthful, gosh). Created by Nexon, this shooter typically costs only £3.98 but this weekend you have the option to not only buy it at half price and try it for free. If you do end up playing the game, Nexon will reward your account with a rad M4A1 weapon skin. Check out the video below for the trailer to this game.
The second game is Duck Game. Published by Adult Swim, this is a multiplayer-focused action game where you play as a shotgun-wielding duck as you blast your way through other feathered animals… yeah, that’s seriously what the game is about. There’s a single player challenge mode, a level editor and two to four player local multiplayer. If you don’t have anyone to play with, there’s also an online multiplayer mode available. I am almost certain you’ve never played a game where you shoot other people as a duck, but now you finally have the chance to do so.
These two games will last until around Sunday evening, so you’d better start now to maximise your time. You might as well try the games, if they aren’t good then you haven’t lost any money. If they are good, great! Buy them for a discounted price while they are cheap.
