You can get Grim Fandango: Remastered for free by going to GOG.com right here. There should be a small banner there with the game's logo on it and a countdown - just login to GOG.com if you haven't already, return to that banner on the main page and click "Get It For Free". The original game was written and directed by Tim Schafer and the masters at LucasArts. The Remastered Edition of Grim Fandango was released in 2015 by Schafer's own Double Fine Productions, and contains hi-res characters, new dynamic lighting, a re-recorded version of the (excellent) soundtrack with a full orchestra, developer commentary, and most importantly - a brand new point-n-click mouse interface, so you can finally control the game as any other adventure game ever.
