Battlestar Galactica Deadlock is going to be getting another major content release with the next substantial expansion pack: Sin and Sacrifice. Announced earlier today, this DLC will advance the storyline of Deadlock and give us a look at another crucial juncture of the First Cyclon war.
Battlestar Galactica Deadlock: Sin and Sacrifice is going to be the follow-up to the previous major expansion pack, Anabasis, and introduce 11 new story missions to the mix, thus expanding even further on the legendary Galactica lore.
Aside from a substantial new set of story missions focusing on the awakening of the infamous IL-series commander, Lachesis, Sin and Sacrifice will also include the Colonial fleet radio chatter voice pack, the 1,100 unique recordings of which will breathe new life into the core gameplay experience of Deadlock.
Players can also look forward to the inclusion of two new combat ships to the mix, the Colonial Heracles and the Cyclon Gorgon, as well as the all-new Crew Veterancy system. There's a new Ship Inspector tool, too, as well as the so-called Jukebox mode, with promises of lots more in tow.
