Blood Bowl 3’s Season 9 release date aims to add a bucketload of extra bloodshed to Nacon and Cyanide Studio’s strategic sports game, as the Khorne team is preparing to take to the pitch, seeking targets for its violent impulses and glory.
Unveiled during the Warhammer Skulls 2025 showcase, the season is preceded by a week-long period (ending on May 29) during which an exclusive Khorne coach is available for free on the in-game store, while the title itself is also discounted.

Blood Bowl 3’s Khorne team expands the roster of playable squads with the especially violent and bloodthirsty worshippers of the Blood God.
Characterized by a “particularly brutal play style,” many of its players have the Frenzy skill, “which leads them to bloody confrontations with opposing teams.”
Although outright collecting skulls might be a bit tricky to pull off, given how we are talking about a sport, violent as it might be, it sure sounds like cracking a few is definitely on the menu.
