The Ninja Race in Bloodstained Ritual of the Night offers a neat little break from the usual demon slaying and item hunting. Beating it without using the proper tools, however, is easier said than done.
Here’s everything you need to know about how to win the Ninja Race in Bloodstained Ritual of the Night.
Ninja Race Guide
As you explore the Den of Behemoths, which is an area you visit in Bloodstained Ritual of the Night’s late game, you’ll encounter a blue-clad ninja that will challenge you to a race. The track ahead has quite a few obstacles which makes beating your opponent unlikely without the proper items. Attempting the Ninja Race a few times to get familiarized with what lies ahead is, however, a good idea.
To win the Ninja Race you’ll first need to equip the Aegis Plate. The item lets you ignore damage from spikes and, as it turns out, you’ll encounter some during the race.
Then you’ll want to also equip the Reflector Ray. You’ll bump into a few reflective mirrors along the way, but it can also act as as a speed boost in regular portions of the Ninja Race. If you want to be extra sure, you can also equip the Zangetsuto sword which lets you jump higher.
Winning the Ninja Race rewards you with the Accelerator shard which increases your character’s movement speed.
