Aluminum is one resource you’ll want to begin securing rather early on in Breathedge. It counts among those needed to create the enhanced spacesuit and helmet that are pretty important if you’re looking to keep radiation at bay and progress past the first chapter.
Aluminum in Breathedge is also required to create Oxygen Stations which make navigating around all the debris considerably easier by offering fixed points where you can recharge your oxygen. Thankfully, getting the resources isn’t particularly difficult, provided you know where to look.
Breathedge Aluminum Locations
Aluminum makes a cozy home for itself on Breathedge’s asteroids. It clearly stands out from up close, thanks to its shiny, dark grey texture, but can prove a bit tough to spot from afar. A curious explorer should, however, have no trouble finding more than enough.
It’s usually found in craters, much like other asteroid-based resources, which act as dead giveaways that some kind of resource can be found nearby. To extract it, you’ll need to equip a Drill, which you can build using Refined Metal, a Battery, and Thick Electrical Tape.
