Aside from being on everyone's lips following its release earlier this week, Call of Duty: Warzone is off to a strong start, as far as player count is concerned.
Publisher Activision has revealed that Call of Duty: Warzone's player count has surpassed 6 million players in the first 24 hours since its launch.

Alongside announcing the first player count milestone for the free-to-play battle royale, the publisher has assured fans that it's "just getting started" with Call of Duty: Warzone.
It'll be interesting to see if Call of Duty: Warzone ends up with a larger player count than competitor Apex Legends. Respawn Entertainment's free-to-play battle royale drew in 25 million players during its first week.
