This time around, Team Ninja has cooked a deeper character creator that’s running on a new iteration of the Katana Engine the developer (as well as other Koei Tecmo studios) has been using for all its recent games. For this new adventure, you’ll need to create a new character.
Theoretically, you could try to take screenshots of the sliders and the final result of your character in Nioh 2 to try to remake them in Nioh 3, but with different settings and more sliders, it probably won’t result in a close recreation of a previous toon. Sorry!
