Crimson Desert Player Count on PC and Consoles
So far, we only have figures for Crimson Desert on Steam, where it had a peak player count of 248,530. As of March 24, 2026, it sits at a respectable 117,194 players.
Given the early sales numbers, having nearly a quarter of a million concurrent players at its peak on PC alone is pretty strong.
Keep in mind Crimson Desert is a single-player game, so its player count will naturally drop over time.
Crimson Desert Units Sold
Pearl Abyss has revealed Crimson Desert sold 3 million copies in its first five days across all platforms. Pretty good numbers for a new RPG. Even if sales do tail off swiftly, it’s a healthy enough start to make this a success.
On Steam alone, it’s estimated that the game has somewhere between 1.1-1.4 M players overall, which again, makes its concurrent player peak figures about right.
