Publisher and developer Resolution Games today announced the release date of its tactical RPG Demeo x Dungeons & Dragons: Battlemarked, which is coming our way in late November. One month before launch, a Steam Next Fest demo will become available, giving us a taste of its approachable, fast turn-based battles.
Combining D&D lore with the Demeo Action Roleplaying system, Battlemarked promises “multiple adventures” whose strategic challenges can be tackled both solo and cooperatively. Reimagining classic Dungeons and Dragons classes and spells, it also features choice-based gameplay and plenty of narrative depth, according to its developer.
Demeo x Dungeons & Dragons: Battlemarked Release Date and Steam Next Fest Demo
Demeo x Dungeons & Dragons: Battlemarked’s Steam Next Fest demo will be available for the whole duration of the event, between October 13 and October 20, bringing us two quests from the full game’s first campaign.
We’ll get to add dragonborn paladin Bolthrax, halfling sorcerer Tibby, human ranger Jessix, or tiefling rogue Ash to our party. Multiplayer support is also included in the demo, allowing up to four players to team up and overcome a Goblin ambush in Neverwinter Wood before exploring a Myconid colony turned hostile.
Completing both quests while the demo is live rewards exclusive special skins for Battlemarked’s 20-sided dice.
In addition, the publisher has also confirmed that, at launch, we’ll also get to control two other characters – dwarf fighter Tharok and Elf Bard Lyria –, who definitely come in handy as we navigate tight dungeon corridors, vanquish monsters, avoid traps, and claim shiny treasure.
Demeo x Dungeons & Dragons: Battlemarked releases on November 20, 2025 on PC, PS5, and Meta Quest for the price of for $29.99 or your regional equivalent. You can see its miniatures in action in the gameplay trailer below.
