Publisher Focus Home Interactive and developer Sumo Digital today revealed multiplayer PvPvE game Hood: Outlaws & Legends’ Season 1 release date, sharing more details about the content that’s coming early next month.
Season 1: Samhain’s release date is set for September 2, which is when new playable Outlaw Eidaa also joins Hood: Outlaws & Legends’ character roster as a free addition available to all players.
“An amazing toe to toe fighter, Eidaa’s abilities, unique moveset and customizable perks make her a fearsome opponent anywhere on the battlefield,” reads an emailed press release.
New maps are also on the way for the game’s recently added PvE mode, as is a winch system rework that allows “both teams to winch for the treasure chest, leading to a fairer, more balanced experience in which every step of the heist counts,” according to the publisher.
When Season 1: Samhain’s release date comes around, Hood: Outlaws & Legends will also get its first battle pass, filled with cosmetic items for all characters, including Eidaa.

The title's post-launch roadmap, revealed in April, shows that there's plenty more to come, including two mysterious major gameplay additions alongside more cosmetic items, both free and paid.
Hood: Outlaws & Legends is available now on PC, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS5, and PS4.
