The Grave Digger is one of the original Resident Evil 3’s more recognizable enemies, players having to battle it twice through the course of the game, while avoiding getting eaten by it.
With Resident Evil 3 Remake now out and modernizing the classic survival horror title, players are likely wondering if they’ll have to deal with a nastier version of the Grave Digger. We’ve played through the title and have answers.
Resident Evil 3 Remake Grave Digger
Resident Evil 3 Remake does feature a varied assortment of nasty things to kill, however, the Grave Digger is not one of them. Depending on whether or not you had a hard time beating it in the original, this may be a relief.
The closest thing to a Resident Evil 3 Remake Grave Digger are the Gamma Hunters. Although they’re more mobile, thanks to their legs, they also happen to have a dangerous, wide maw with which they can make short work of players.
While the Grave Digger might not be a part of Resident Evil 3 Remake, other enemies from the original, like the Drain Deimos, have made it into the game. Topping things off is, of course, Nemesis who has some new tricks up its sleeve.
