A new Styx: Blades of Greed gameplay trailer has been unveiled ahead of next month’s console and PC release of the stealth action sequel.
The third game in the Styx series from French developer Cyanide Studio sees it return to the action sneak ‘em up for the first time since 2017’s Styx: Shards of Darkness.
Cyanide is clearly out to shake up its formula with Blades of Greed as it promises a Metroidvania-style structure and a brand-new arsenal of weapons and tools for its titular sneaky goblin.

Check out the nine-minute gameplay trailer for Styx: Blades of Greed below and see what the clever goblin is up against this time, and what abilities he has at his disposal.
In Styx: Blade of Greed, players take on the role of Styx, a cunning goblin with a razor-sharp mind and a true master of stealth. Their goal is to get their hands on Quartz, the most valuable and dangerous resource in a world on the brink of war between elves, humans, and orcs. Players can freely explore vast vertical environments thanks to new tools such as the grappling hook and the glider, as well as new powers. They must help the master of shadows steal the Quartz while outsmarting the traps of the Inquisition.
Cyanide Studio has had decent success with the Styx series since it began in 2014. Still, the developer is versatile, having also developed the Blood Bowl series, several Tour de France games, Chef Life Simulator, the RPG Rogue Lords, and the rough 2022 gem Werewolf: The Apocalypse - Earthblood.
Styx: Blades of Greed is out February 19, 2026, on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. It will also be available from nacongaming.com.
