Warframe's Jovian Concord update did not, in fact, come out this last week, as Digital Extremes had first tentatively announced. The crew pushed the release back a bit to avoid any sort of crunch time, while still providing a more polished experience by the time the update is out.
The Jovian Concord update will definitely be coming this next week, then, and we've been provided with a more concrete selection of announcements that make up this month's major content update. Read what's new and what's exciting in The Jovian Concord Patch Notes below.
Warframe The Jovian Concord Patch Notes
Of course, the Jupiter Gas City rework is the biggest improvement coming with The Jovian Concord. Essentially an entirely new gameplay environment, this lovely addition to Warframe will play host to one of its creepiest enemies yet - the Amalgam. Better yet, these hybrid Corpus-Sentient proxies will also be headed by the immense Ropalolyst - a Sentient fragment related to the Eidolon of Earth, and a terrifying and abstract bird of prey cruising through the clouds of Jupiter.
Ropalolyst will drop parts for the new Wisp Warframe, whose Fulmin SMG/LMG hybrid will supply both suppressed lightning damage at short range and thunderous suppressing fire at long range, depending on your needs and necessities. The new Sentient weaponry includes the Komorex auto-sniper and Cyanex dart gun, while the Nyx Pasithea deluxe skin will be a perfect addition to anybody's selection of cosmetics.
Aero, Motus, and Proton mod sets are going to be revamping the meta ever-so-slightly, with their increased focus on mobility and contextual bonuses, such as providing resistance to hard landings and increasing jump height. Be warned that only players with 2-factor authentication will be able to trade as soon as update hits, though enabling it will also net you a snazzy Ephemera cosmetic.
Expect various UI and quality-of-life updates, as well as additional content - all coming before Friday!
