Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy’s release date marks Owlcat Games’ second foray into the world of grimdark sci-fi cRPGs. Building on Rogue Trader’s sturdy foundations, this new title shifts its focus to one of the Imperium’s most secretive and feared organizations, letting us step into the shoes of an acolyte of the Inquisition.
Set against the backdrop of the Noctis Aeterna and the mystery of the Tyrant Star, Dark Heresy gives us a closer look at how the Inquisition operates and, potentially, the compromises it accepts to safeguard the Imperium against internal and external threats.
