Publisher and developer Fatshark has revealed the start and end dates of Warhammer: Vermintide 2’s 4-year anniversary event, which is slated to go live this March.
Warhammer: Vermintide 2’s 4-year anniversary event marks the return of its celebratory level A Quiet Drink. Available on all platforms, it sees players heading towards the Hungry Troll Tavern in search of a cask of Bugman’s XXXXXX.
The road there is, naturally, paved with Skaven that you need to dispatch. You also get to take part in a monstrous tavern brawl, which is quite fitting, considering the type of game we’re talking about.
Warhammer: Vermintide 2’s 4-year anniversary event has locked down its start date to March 8. Its end date is then slated for March 21, giving players almost two weeks to join the celebrations.
- Warhammer: Vermintide 2's 4-year anniversary event start date: March 8
- Warhammer: Vermintide 2's 4-year anniversary event end date: March 21
There’s no word yet on whether or not we’ll also get other rewards, like new portrait frames.
We do, however, know that March 15 brings with it a quality of life update for the game’s PC version, “containing content inspired by some of your favorite mods.” The update will then make it to console in April.
That’s what we know so far about the start and end dates of Warhammer: Vermintide 2’s 4-year anniversary event.
It’ll be interesting to see where Fatshark takes the co-op first-person slasher in the future, especially with Warhammer 40,000: Darktide also set to launch this year.
