Warhammer: Vermintide 2 Geheimnisnacht 2025 event is here to haunt us alongside patch 6.8.0, promising new rewards that we can claim by disrupting evil rituals before it ends on November 2.
That gives us a bit over a week to help the Ubersreik Five track down the Skull of Blosphoros, which is set to appear across the following five levels: Righteous Stand, Hunger in the Dark, Warcamp, The Forsaken Temple, as well as Old Haunts.
Warhammer: Vermintide 2’s Geheimnisnacht 2025 Event
The latter level is, admittedly, not available as part of the Warhammer: Vermintide 2 Geheimnisnacht 2025 event just yet, since developer Fatshark is working on a hotfix that stops it from crashing.
Once that’s live, it will join the pool of missions in which the Skull of Blosphoros can spawn. Once secured by disrupting its ritual through the use of good old violence, your party has to pick it up and carry it until the end of the mission.
Successfully doing so is challenging, as you cannot pick it up should its carrier fall in battle, but does unlock five new weapon illusions alongside a brand new portrait frame.
If you’ve missed out on rewards from the previous Geheimnisnacht events, you can purchase them with shillings from the event section of Lohner’s Emporium of Wonders.
Below, you’ll find the full Warhammer: Vermintide 2 patch 6.8.0 notes, as shared by the developer on Steam:

Warhammer: Vermintide 2’s Geheimnisnacht 2025 event is a tempting enough reason to return to the co-op slasher even after the release of its Versus mode but, if you find it to be a little too spooky, its grimdark cousin, Darktide, is in a much better place than it was at launch.
