Beamdog has announced that gamers may start pre-loading Baldur's Gate II Enhanced Edition, in anticipation of its launch on the 15th November 2013.

Developer Overhaul Games has announced on the official Baldur’s Gate site that Baldur's Gate 2: Enhanced Edition will be arriving on the 15th November.
The 'contractual issues' between Overhaul Games and Atari have been slain by a mighty isometric RPG party of lawyers, and so Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition is available at your local merchants "once again."
This is great news for owners of the HD remake eagerly awaiting the "major" patch Overhaul have been working on. The team will also have "exciting news" for BG2 soon.
Developer Beamdog still wants to pursue the concept of Baldur's Gate III, although the studio right is "very demoralized." Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition is still being kept from online stores over legal wrangling.
This has meant work on Baldur's Gate II has been put on "indefinite hold," and that includes the current patch. The worst case scenario is being stuck in "legal hell for a while."
