We’re sure you’ve heard about Connect ‘08, if not then it’s a special event where Codemasters will be showcasing several upcoming titles as well as announcements about Lord of the Rings Online and over important information from Codemasters library of titles.
Codemasters announced this morning that all attendees to Connect ‘08 will be among the first to get their hands on a special Ranger’s cloak in-game item for the Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows Of Angamr. This will be the very first appearance of the Ranger’s cloak, but gamers will need an active LOTRO subscription to redeem this item.
The Ranger’s cloak has a unique and very attractive design and gives the wearer 18 armour rating and a 5% speed boost for a limited duration. “An item that absolutely shouldn’t be missed!” said codemasters.
