Corporate giant Sony is set to unveil their very own iTunes-like service for PlayStation 3 and PSP very soon, that’s according to big wig reports.
Sony’s Connect service is dead but that hasn’t deterred them from trying again. This new service wants sub fees in exchange for music and video.
Next year is the general window for this new ‘music store’ to launch on the PlayStation platform, but it should be debuting at the IFA tech show in Berlin later today. This service would expand to other Sony devices also, like their Bravia TV range.
Can Sony take on the iTunes empire? More importantly what is it called?
