There’s a definite goal at Platinum Games to work on a sequel to Bayonetta but it might be having some trouble if SEGA are getting paranoid over finances. Designer Hideki Kamiya said back in January 2010 he’d like to explore a spin-off or at least revisit Bayonetta’s world ”from a different angle” than the original.
