Square-Enix has released the final downloadable content packs for Final Fantasy XIII-2, highlighted by “Lightning’s Story: Requiem of the Goddess,” which the publisher advises to play after the entire campaign as been played.
The reason is that the DLC takes place after the events of the main story, dealing with ”the arduous battle between Lightning and Caius not shown in the main game.” Once the DLC is finished, the player can play the game as Lightning. “Lightning’s Story” costs 400 Microsoft Points ($4.99 USD).
The other DLC released is “Snow’s Story: Perpetual Battlefield,” which adds Snow to the Coliseum. After completing his story, Snow will become an available party member. “Snow’s Story” is available for 320 Microsoft Points ($3.99 USD.)
A new set of costumes is the final DLC, which costs 240 Microsoft Points ($2.99 USD).
