Call of Duty: Ghosts. The publisher also revealed the Prestige Edition of the game that includes a 1080p video camera.
For starters, the game now includes a Create-a-Soldier system, in which players can not only customize their loadouts, but also the "physical appearance of their soldier, delivering over 20,000 possible combinations, including heads, body types, equipment, gender, and more." For the first time, female soldiers can be created.
Soldier creation is a key part of the all new Squads gameplay, in which players will bring 10 soldiers into action, solo, co-op or competitive. The AI is advanced enough that the soldiers will realistically react to the environment, as well as adapt to the loadout their user gave them. For instance, if a soldier is given a sniper rifle, he or she will behave like a sniper.
Among the 7 new gameplay modes, Crank got the most play. Taking its cues from the movie of the same name, once a player kills a soldier, they have 30 seconds to kill another - or they blow up and are removed from the game. The game also adds Riley, a dog which can be unlocked through missions goals or kill streaks. Riley will detect enemy soldiers as well as help in other ways.
At long last, there will be special Clan vs. Clan gameplay modes, where players simply take their entire clan to a matchmaking room, and challenge other clans for some exclusive clan matches.
Players who purchase the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 versions of the game need not worry about losing their stats when the next-gen versions are released, since all stats, unlocks and data will freely transfer to the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of the game.
Finally, the Prestige Edition was revealed, which will come with a 1080p videocamera as well as a headstrap so gamers can do some "cinema verite" while walking around with the camera going.
