Activision has unveiled the new story trailer for Call of Duty: Ghosts which debuted at Microsoft’s Xbox One reveal event. Developer Infinity Ward showed off the impressive tech that would be going into the PC and next-gen console of the trailer, as well as a Fable-like companion dog.
The game is being penned by Stephen Gaghan, who won an Academy Award for his adapted screenplay Traffic, and will have a setting in which the US military is in utter disarray, with a special super-elite force, the Ghosts, having to deal with a superior invasion force.
The developer also took the time to show off some of the effects in the game, such as advanced multilayer skin, particle, lighting and smoke effects.
