James Stevenson of Insomniac says the ”action, humor and galaxy-spanning adventures” of the Ratchet & Clank series is perfect for film. T.J. Fixman is writing the script, who also wrote for all the games.
There’ll be no big-name movie stars stealing voice work either as the original cast is lending their vocal chords. Insomniac is working very closely with the film team.
”The movie business is crazy at times. We’re super stoked to be partnering with Rainmaker though and getting to be super hands-on,” said James Stevenson. A teasing trailer has been released with Ratchet & Clank sharing the spotlight with Captain Qwark. Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault was the last release in the series.
