Legacy of the Void, the third and final chapter of StarCraft 2, is just around the corner, but for those who can’t wait to take on the Protoss-centered final installment, there’s an awesome way to pass the time. Some awesome modders have taken the entirety of the campaign from Starcraft 1 and its Brood War expansion and ported them over to StarCraft 2 in the StarCraft: Mass Recall mod.
Players will be able to play through all 59 maps from the StarCraft/Brood War campaign, 3 maps that were taken out of the final game, and 6 maps from the demo campaign released in 1998. The mod requires that you have Brood War regardless of which part of the campaign you want to revisit. Nonetheless, it’s a fantastic deviation while we wait to get our hands on Legacy of the Void.
