Guts spilled on Resi Evil 5 Alternate Edition DLC, has four pieces

Famitsu magazine has unearthed Capcom’s DLC plans for Resident Evil 5 Alternate Edition, revealing a second new episode is on the way.

Lost in Nightmares is the first new episode and it’s the one back in the mansion. Also joining the new stuff are two costume packs.

So that’s the Lost in Nightmares episode, Costume Pack 1, an unannounced new episode and Costume Pack 2 coming as DLC, which is the form Alternate Edition is arriving in. Lost in Nightmares is worth around an hour of gameplay says Famitsu, reports IGN.

RE5’s Chris Redfield and RE’s Jill Valentine explore the basement levels of the mansion, with a frightening new foe to overcome - that’s Lost in Nightmares.

There’s no info on the second episode, which was completely unknown until now. The two episodes will fetch 400 MSP (500 yen) while the costume packs go for 160 MSP (200 yen). In Japan it’s arriving in disc form in shops on February 18th.
