The Steam and GoG.com version of Spelunky, which is based on the Xbox Live Arcade version of the original Flash game, will be getting a daily challenge.
The daily challenge will be a randomly generated level that all players will tackle til the next one is available. Every player will have only one chance at the challenge. It will also feature challenge-specific leaderboards will be available for those seeking glory in addition to treasure.
The new version Spelunky will be released on Steam and GoG.com on the 8th August 2013.
