The Campaign Begins in Warhammer 40K Inquisitor: Martyr
The game storyline was written by Black Library author Ben Counter, and it revolves around a quest to salvage ancient technologies from the "mysterious" tombs of the planet Silva Tenebris. As Magos Dominus Faustinius of Mars, the player will have access to priests and troops alongside an array of Adeptus Mechanicus forces. The dynamic campaign promises that "your every decision will shape the missions ahead and have far-reaching consequences for you and your team", and the game will feature an upgrade system where you can replace your troops human limbs with bionics and mechadendrites augments, providing mechanical and tactical advantages.
