Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 launches August 25, 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The third-person shooter is the sequel to 2021's Aliens: Fireteam Elite, once again developed by Cold Iron Studios and published by Daybreak Game Company.
The sequel drops a squad of Colonial Marines into the Storr Boon's Mining Facility on LV-558, fighting off Xenomorphs and hostile synthetic androids across 15 missions and four biomes. Fireteams now scale up to four players, with a new Specialist class and Challenge Cards that let you dial difficulty up or down mid-run. A separate horde mode is included too.
Cross-platform play and voice chat are supported from day one, so squads won't have to worry about being split across platforms when the game arrives later this month.
