EU5’s Rio Salado update brings changes to the ambitions and expeditions systems while also overhauling Catholicism and dynasties.
Crusades and Jihads are two other areas it tends to explore while Iberia and Maghreb are set to receive some additional flavor.
EU5’s update 1.4 will likely also continue the push towards improving performance while tackling many other things, which will be revealed over the coming weeks.
We’ll have to be patient for a little while longer, until developer Paradox Tinto outlines its plans for the patch, which brings us a little bit closer to the launch of the game’s second DLC, Across the Pillars.
