Stairways without railing aren't just unsightly. they're also dangerous and scary! So why the heck don't your top floor stairways have guardrails?! It's okay. With this mod they will. It adds guardrails to the top floor areas of any given stairway to keep it from being an accident waiting to happen. If buildings were inspected thoroughly for all safety precautions, you'd pass with flying colors!
