Resident Evil 0 Remaster stars a laser-eyed Wesker
The upcoming Resident Evil 0 Remaster will contain a new Wesker Mode which allows players to experience the events leading up to the main game from the viewpoint of everyone's favourite sunglasses-wearing, B-movie supervillain, Albert Wesker. Now, I've sort of lost track of what the deal is with Wesker at this point - he evolved from husky-voiced traitor to leather-clad Neo wannabe in the course of three or four games - but I do know, thanks to some recently released screenshots, that this game's version can shoot laser beams out of his eyes. Why not?
New trailer and screenshots show off Capcom's upcoming Resident Evil Zero HD Remaster
Here's your first look at in-game footage from the remastered version of Resident Evil Zero that Capcom's planning to released in early 2016. Expect super-sharp static backgrounds, and lots of satisfying 'plop' sounds every time a zombie's head goes missing. Capcom's also released a number of new screenshots alongside the trailer. If you loved last year's Resident Evil HD Remake, you should be getting a similarly sweet slice of nostalgia from this.
