Two months ago, Romance of the Three Kingdoms 13on Steam without any English localization, to the frustration of Western fans of the long-running grand strategy game. Well, it seems that will be rectified, as Koei Tecmo has announced that the English version of the game will be coming to PC and PlayStation 4 this coming July 8th, 2016.
Romance of the Three Kingdoms 13 is now available for pre-order on Steam, but despite the entire store page being written in English, the game itself is in Japanese and Chinese, with no English localization or subtitles at all.
