Download Better Garrisons ALL FACTIONS 2.0

This mod adds units to settlement building garrisons while removing them from wall fortification garrisons and garrison... well, garrisons. This change is made due to the AI barely ever even building walls or garrisons. To prevent this mod from making these pointless, garrisoning units inside them will increase their bonuses.
