Recreates a scenario in Warhammer 2 that occurred naturally in the previous game prior to a patch that added a proper Norsca civilization, wherein the northern region of the map would deteriorate into poor raiding groups similar to a typical post-apocalyptic scenario. In effect, small, weak but annoying units will constantly bother you from the north.
