Cindy Buckwalter, a senior T2 executive, has announced at the company’s conference call that they have 33 projects working their way through the pipeline.
An unfortunate admission followed that they expect 2K Sports not to turn a profit this year; this all comes from Take-Two’s Q2 financial releases.
“We currently have 33 titles in various stages of development,” she said. Unsurprisingly Grand Theft Auto IV played a large role this quarter for the publisher, it accounted for 78% of revenue, to which their projected profits were excelled by the strong uptake of the game.
Meanwhile EA’s offer, whether good or bad, has cost Take-Two $5.3 million in legal fees.
