According to RPG-TV the upcoming first piece of DLC, which is set to be exclusive to Xbox 360, could be around 15 hours of new stuff.

”Dates-wise I also discovered that the first piece of GTA downloadable content will be arriving in November as well,” says Chris Thomas, referring to the new dashboard update release.
He continues saying that it was suggested to be ”bringing roughly 15 hours of additional play time. I’m expecting either an additional island or a new family bringing new missions. Will be interesting to see whether or not this progresses the core story.”
At least we know that November is the magic month for GTA IV DLC goodness, thanks Chris.
