An announcement is due today to make the official declaration; they will hopefully give hints to what era of the groups music will be Rock Band fodder.
This is a mini-major victory over Activision’s Guitar Hero which has been trying to get a hold of the elusive licensing rights for themselves. For now though we play the waiting game.

Are The Beatles tracks going to appeal much to todays music crowd, or does MTV and Harmonix expect aging Beatles fans to cough up some dough for a console and videogame?
