Microsoft have announced that Space Invaders Extreme will become available for XBLA junkies to feast on, along with two other titles.
Arkanoid Live! and Zombie Wranglers are those two others, with each priced at 800 Microsoft Points. Are you ready for the new disco-thumping, and colour discriminating Space Invaders?
Space Invaders Extreme from developer Backbone and publisher Taito is ”a total reinvention of the classic Space Invaders, offering a true high-definition experience with upbeat electronic tracks, and dazzling new graphics and gameplay.”
Arkanoid Live! is also from Taito, it’s a remake of the original classic featuring ”62 rounds divided into two episodes that can be played under either Lives Rules or Barrier Rules.”
Finally we have Frozen Codebase’s Zombie Wranglers, an game with an ”infestation of zany zombies in the quirky and comical” city of Potters Field.
Each will be available tomorrow, that’s May 6th for people who can’t be bother to keep track of time and haven’t realised April is so last month.
