While the next-gen Grand Slam Tennis for Xbox 360 and PS3 is put on indefinite hold in favour of EA Sports Active on Wii, the game will still see the light of day.
Peter Moore made the announcement during their earnings call, that EA Sports will be giving full support to their 1.8m copies sold EA Sports Active franchise, at the next-gens expense.
”An EA Sports rep said that the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of Grand Slam Tennis have been “delayed indefinitely,” reports Kotaku.
The add-on for EA Sports Active is full steam ahead for release this holiday, but is only possible with the sacrifice of Grand Slam Tennis on Xbox 360 and PS3. Maybe they’ll keep them delayed until certain motion techs for certain platforms eventually release?
