The upcoming G-Force movie is 3D but Disney also plan for the videogame to sport some red/blue options too; guinea pig spec-ops will never be the same again.
The developers reveal it uses something called ‘off-axis’ to deliver it’s three dimensions, which can be turned on and off whenever the player wants. Wii’s Toy Story Mania 3D too?
”The effects seen in motion were surprisingly good, the guinea pig lead stood out on the screen, enemy shots seemed to blow out of the television and the world felt more realistic, though with slightly muddled colors because of the graphics,” reports Kotaku.
Mini games in the upcoming Wii title of Toy Story Mania are said to support some 3D as well, though this has yet to be showcased by Disney. Just when HD was finally pimp-walking itself to fame along comes 3D with its own posse of awesomeness to steal the thunder.
If the 3D tech is as good as believed then Disney might actually deliver a decent videogame based off a movie, but one step at a time.
