They say the devs are ”hard at work” on Aion’s future, but NCsoft ”aren’t ready to share” detailed specifics or ”speculate on timeframes.”
”As you can tell from the trailer, the development team is hard at work on evolving the Aion experience in unique and innovative ways,” said NCsoft PR, reports Eurogamer.
”Some of the features highlighted in the trailer are further along in the development process than others. Because of this, we aren’t ready to share or speculate on timeframes.”
The Aion Vision teaser, which can be seen below, boasts a number of improvements coming to the game. Among them are bumped up visuals, underwater zones, housing areas customisable by players, weather effects, combat whilst mounted, new class and spells combinations - bigger, badder boss fights of epicness.
Aion is NCsoft’s latest MMO launch and has been doing tremendously well in East Asia and here in the West. Hopefully fans won’t have to wait long for these major upgrades.
