World of Warcraft has received its ‘Fall of the Lich King’ update, but Blizzard haven’t exactly swung open the dungeon doors to Arthas quite yet.
In fact Blizzard is opening the Icecrown Citadel instance section by section, which could see the Lich King open to player raids in April?
Currently you can storm all the way up to the entrance to the Citadel, and take on the Lich King’s Death Knight Deathbringer, but the next wing won’t open until January 5th. The dungeon consists of the Frostwing Halls, The Plagueworks and The Crimson Hall.
If each delayed opening is around a month then The Frozen Throne won’t be creaking its doors wide open until April sometime. Other features get added with patch 3.3, as detailed by the official website. Tier-10 sets, new dungeon ‘lfg’ system, better quest tracking…
