Executive producer Dan Tudge is no more, at least a BioWare, he's left the veteran RPG developer to co-head Disney's Propaganda Games.
Dragon Age devs "appreciate his hard work" and wished him well, BioWare has promoted Neverwinter Nights, Baldur's Gate and Sonic Chronicles guy Mark Darrah to take his place.
Propaganda Games was the studio behind the most recent Turok game, which sadly didn't live up to much fanfare. Tudge assumes the role of VP over at the Disney owned studio, with little clue as to why he left critically acclaimed BioWare.
According to Josh Holmes over at the 130-man Propaganda Games, they are currently working on an action-RPG title which certainly resonates with Tudge's resume. Meanwhile the new Dragon Age executive producer Mark Darrah brings experience from Neverwinter Nights, but more importantly from Baldur's Gate.
Dragon Age has been touted as the spiritual successor to Baldur's Gate, let's hope this changing of the guard helps flesh that out some more.
