Most consumers have looked up the 360 title, 250k unique hits in fact, over PS3’s 120k. Final Fantasy has always been a ”huge draw for Sony”.

”For Microsoft to now be sharing and in fact beating the interest for the PS3 version must be worrying Sony chiefs, who must be wondering just how to steal the march back, if it is at all possible.” Sony tends to pull the Blu-ray card when this happens.

Square Enix could careless which sells better as it’s a win-win for them. Personally I would have to advocate the PS3 version myself as there will be less compression thanks to the Blu-ray disc’s capacity, and only one of them unlike Xbox 360’s three.
