Their website still has the Mythic Entertainment moniker and logo up. Game producer Carrie Gouskos says the team is ”still getting used to it”.
First it was Mythic Entertainment, then EA Mythic, then it was Mythic Entertainment again and now it’s BioWare Mythic. This is the 3rd name change in 5 years reports Joystiq. ”Like the fancy new name? We’re still getting used to it ourselves,” asked Gouskos.
BioWare operates four divisions; BioWare Edmonton, BioWare Austin and BioWare Montreal. Will the Mythic studio get another change to ‘BioWare Fairfax’ then? Does it bother you when a studio you’ve known for some time up and changes its name tag?
