The firmware launch appears to coincide with the Sony Bravia LX900 3D TV. Games would be supported of course, as would fancy 3D flicks.
It’s all rumour so salt pinches at the ready folks, because apparently titles like LittleBigPlanet and Killzone 2 are already being given the 3D makeover. In fact VG247 reports that shots of the 3D firmware in developer hands landed on their desk.
In order to enjoy PS3 3D you’ll of course need a compatible HDTV, like the smart new Sony Bravia LX900 model, and some 3D glasses. Could it be out June 10th?
