UK retailer GAME has started putting warning logos on its pre-owned games, in response to the recent lawsuit brought against US-counterpart Gamestop.
The Lawsuit filed against Gamestop concerned what the plaintiff saw a false-advertisement, with the retailer not informing him that he couldn’t access the DLC.
This move by GAME, a spokesperson told MCV, would allow the staff to “explain clearly the difference so that our customers understand the benefits of buying both pre-owned and mint (new).”
