Stepping through the GAME V store portal gives you branded and virtual items for avatars and personal spaces, while Moonbase sells actual games.
You can place orders with the Moonbase Store which will then be delivered to your real-life home all neatly packaged - obviously they are selling only PS3 and PSP games. New virtual items will be added to the GAME V store every month apparently.
